My name is Zach (he/him/his), and I’m glad you’re here.I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor whose passion is in helping people work toward achieving their strongest, most authentic version of themselves. My work focuses on creating a non-judgmental space where my clients can freely explore themselves, working together to overcome internal and external challenges.
No one’s journey through healing and growth is the same. You can expect me to collaborate with you to find the most effective strategies to help you meet your goals. Using an integrative, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, I have training in and experience with working with folks recovering from substance use, mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, and behavior-related difficulties. I support my clients in developing helpful changes in their thinking, feeling, and behaving, through the use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Exposure with Response Prevention, in my approach.
